I am the mom of 4 grown children, who each helped prepare, and lead me toward my calling as a doula.  I am honoured and humbled to be welcomed into the sacred space of your birth.  My desire is to relentlessly support women and their families as they grow and adjust to their new dynamic. With trust, communication, respect and gentleness, I am able to help families feel empowered and encouraged through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. 

I received my childbirth doula certification through DONA International and am a current member of the Doula Association of Edmonton and DONA International.
